the article that i read was about the u.s. ambassador to Iraq said that the u.s. soldiers, which needed to leave for the elections, said that a delay won’t interfere with the withdraw of the soldiers. the u.s. government said that they would prefer that the elections be held on time. the elections were for the new law that was getting passed on january 16, 2010.
